A 9 hectares plot at business park Nieuw Prinsenland with opportunities for food logistics & innovation.   The location covers a total of approximately 8.8 hectares and the development footprint allows built-to-suit solutions upto 50.000 m2. The new DC will be developed with BREEAM excellent or outstanding standards. The final design is determined in consultation with the tenant. The business park is strategically located between Rotterdam and Antwerp and in the middle of Brabant’s logistics hotspots, enclosed by the A4, A59 and A17. To the north of the area are easily accessible waterways for international and national transport.
