Intospace® proudly announces the successful completion of an innovative logistics center in ‘s-Heerenberg.

Strategically situated near the German border, this new logistics center offers a significant advantage for transport companies connected to a European distribution network. The custom-designed building meets the highest sustainability standards and will be certified with a BREEAM Excellent label. Innovative systems have been integrated to minimize ecological footprint, such as the roof, which is fully covered with PV panels. These panels will not only generate more energy than the logistics center consumes but will also enable Nunner to take future steps towards electrifying their fleet, making their operations more sustainable.

Nunner Logistics will serve two key customer segments from this ultra-modern distribution center. On one hand, the center will support growth in the bicycle industry, while on the other, it will house a significant portion of the operations of a leading animal feed manufacturer. This illustrates Intospace®’s versatile design approach, integrating specific client needs without compromising future use flexibility.
