At the Aviation Valley business park in Beek (South Limburg), intospace® is developing a modern distribution centre of approximately 37,000 sqm. The site is located directly adjacent to Maastricht Aachen Airport and just two kilometres from the A2 motorway. This makes MST03 an excellent base for serving both the Dutch market and neighbouring countries.

The region is regarded as one of the most strategic logistics hotspots in the Netherlands. Cities such as Eindhoven, Aachen, Düsseldorf and Liège are all reachable within one hour. Major airports including Liège Airport (40 minutes) and Düsseldorf Airport (1 hour) are also within close proximity.
