TLB11 – Sustainable logistics development in Tilburg

 
    At the Kraaiven business park in Tilburg, a high quality logistics development consisting of two warehouse units is soon to rise. This new build project is being developed in accordance with BREEAM Excellent standards, meeting stringent requirements for sustainability and long-term resilience

        The TLB11 site is strategically located in the southern Netherlands, close to the Belgian border. Business Park Kraaiven provides direct access to major highways, including the A16 towards the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, the A27 and A2 towards Utrecht, Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport, and the A67 towards Belgium and Germany.           The business park covers approximately 1.5 hectares and includes the following layout:
