LEY01 – Big in logistics, strong in position.

 
    At Lelystad Airport Businesspark, intospace® is developing a distribution center of more than 100,000 m². The project covers a total of 18 hectares and combines a strategic location with sustainable ambitions. LAB is part of the Metropolitan Region Amsterdam. As a result, LEY01 strengthens not only the local and regional economy but also the national position of Lelystad as a logistics hub.
     
The location lies directly on the N302 with access to the A6, making Amsterdam, Schiphol and Almere reachable within 50 minutes. Zwolle and the northern regions of the Netherlands are also nearby via the A6 and A28. The site borders Lelystad Airport and the Port of Lelystad, and benefits from improved rail connections. This makes LEY01 an excellent hub for distribution to the Randstad, the North of the Netherlands and even Northern Germany.

LEY01 is being developed according to high technical and sustainability standards and will receive a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. The plan consists of multiple halls that can be flexibly arranged and tailored to the user’s needs and offers a total of:
