The warehouses collectively offer approx. 456 car parking spaces and 477 parking spaces for vans. In total, the building features approx. 69 docks for trucks and 12 docks for delivery vans. The clear height in the warehouse is 12.2 metres and 4.5 metres in the expedition zone.

 

The building is light and transparent, with excellent insulation and full sprinkler installations. Additional docks or technical facilities can be added in consultation in warehouse B. Warehouse B is available for lease.

The building is constructed using circular materials, documented in a material passport, and features solar panels and biodiverse green roofs.
