Progress on MST02 by intospace®

Construction of the MST02 project is progressing steadily. This state-of-the-art distribution center, spanning over 45,000 m², comprises two warehouses—one of which is specifically designed to accommodate the storage of dangerous goods. The facility merges safety with operational efficiency and is fully customized to meet the user’s specific requirements.

MST02 is being developed as a build-to-suit project—tailored to the client’s needs without compromising on flexibility or alignment with market standards. This approach ensures a future-proof facility that evolves with the logistics demands of today and tomorrow.

With completion scheduled for May, MST02 has been designed not only to be highly functional, but also to meet ambitious sustainability goals. The building is being constructed in line with the criteria for a BREEAM Excellent certification and places strong emphasis on energy efficiency, anticipating a high energy performance rating. Additionally, the facility will be equipped with solar panels.
