The first (mile)stone for TLB11!

Tilburg, June 15, 2026 – Last Friday marked an important first milestone: the official start of construction for TLB11 at Ledeboerstraat 24 in Tilburg. With the first pile driven into the ground, the realisation of a modern logistics distribution centre totalling approximately 11,400 m² has officially commenced.

Together with Aannemingsbedrijf Wouters Schijndel, we are developing a future-proof logistics location at Kraaiven business park. One of the most established logistics hotspots in the south of the Netherlands.

TLB11 is being developed with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency. Its strategic location, excellent accessibility, and high-quality specifications make this distribution centre highly suitable for organisations looking to optimise their logistics operations and prepare for further growth.
