APE01 has been developed at Apeldoorn Noord II, directly adjacent to the A50 motorway and close to both motorway access and exit ramps.

 

The development is situated on a site of approximately 6.2 hectares. The distribution centre comprises a built area of approximately 34,130 sqm and is designed to accommodate both large-scale and fine-mesh distribution operations.

 

Apeldoorn Noord II is located directly alongside the A50 motorway, with immediate access to the A1 motorway. This strategic position provides excellent connectivity to major cities in the south and east of the Netherlands, as well as convenient access to Amsterdam, Lelystad Airport and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in the west. The A50 offers direct connections between Emmeloord, Eindhoven and Oss, including the Port of Oss, while the A1 provides access towards Germany and Hanover.

 

With a population of approximately 160,000 inhabitants, Apeldoorn offers access to a substantial and reliable workforce. In addition, Apeldoorn Noord II provides park management services and fibre-optic connectivity, making it a full-service and strategically located business park.

The distribution centre comprises a total gross floor area of approximately 34,130 sqm, with a footprint of approximately 3.4 hectares, and includes the following layout:

 

• Warehouse: approx. 26,927 sqm
• Mezzanine: approx. 2,500 sqm
• Office: approx. 3,860 sqm

 

The warehouse offers a clear internal height of 12.2 metres, while the mezzanine has a clear height of 5.7 metres. The combination of dedicated truck docks and van docks makes the facility particularly suitable for both large-scale distribution and last-mile logistics operations, where efficiency and flexibility are essential.

 
The logistics setup is designed for maximum operational efficiency. With 28 truck loading docks, 32 van docks and 5 overhead doors, the facility is well equipped to accommodate a wide range of logistics flows. The site provides 252 car parking spaces, including 52 equipped with electric vehicle charging points and 4 accessible parking spaces. In addition, 25 parking spaces for vans are available, of which 3 are equipped with charging facilities.
