ZLB04 | De Wildeman, Zaltbommel

Located in the logistics heart of the Netherlands, ZLB04 has been developed at the multimodal De Wildeman business park in Zaltbommel. The business park is strategically situated alongside the A2 motorway, just south of the geographical centre of the Netherlands. Located on the outskirts of the historic city of Zaltbommel, De Wildeman offers a sustainable, secure and centrally positioned business environment.

The ZLB04 site covers approximately 3.7 hectares and features a building area of approximately 26,300 sqm. The development forms part of the renowned Logistics Hotspot Rivierenland, one of the Netherlands' key logistics regions.

De Wildeman combines a sustainable and green business environment with excellent accessibility and a strong focus on safety. As part of Logistics Hotspot Rivierenland, the park benefits from close cooperation between businesses, the Municipality of Zaltbommel, and supporting services such as the police and fire brigade. The total building area comprises approximately 21,368 sqm, with a footprint of approximately 2.0 hectares, and includes the following layout:

The warehouse offers a clear internal height of 12.2 metres, while the mezzanine level provides a clear height of 5.7 metres. These dimensions offer flexibility for a wide range of warehouse configurations, complemented by mezzanine space suitable for supporting logistics operations.
