Project GDM02 is strategically located in the heart of the Netherlands, at the Hogeweide business park in Geldermalsen.

 

The project has been developed on a site of approximately 5.7 hectares and comprises a modern logistics facility with a built area of 36,616 sqm, certified BREEAM Excellent.

 

The location offers excellent accessibility thanks to its direct position alongside the A15 motorway, a key east-west corridor connecting the Port of Rotterdam with the eastern Netherlands and Germany’s Ruhr region. Furthermore, the A2 motorway is located nearby, providing optimal access to the country's main north-south route.

The total gross floor area amounts to approximately 39,569 sqm and, with a footprint of approximately 3.6 hectares, comprises the following layout:

 

• Warehouse: approx. 32,419 sqm
• Mezzanine: approx. 3,302 sqm
• Office: approx. 3,726 sqm

 

The warehouse offers a clear internal height of 12.2 metres, providing optimal flexibility for modern racking configurations and storage operations. The mezzanine has a clear height of 4 metres.

 
The logistics setup is designed for maximum efficiency. With approximately 41 loading docks, 3 overhead doors, and a well-designed traffic flow concept, the building is optimally configured to support high throughput within the logistics process. In addition, the site provides approximately 234 parking spaces, including approximately 24 equipped with electric vehicle charging points and 2 accessible parking spaces.
