Seingraaf

Development DUI01 occupies a location at strategically located business park Seingraaf in Duiven. The site for the new development covers a business park of approximately 9 hectares, on which a high-quality distribution center is being built.

Seingraaf is situated adjacent to the A12 motorway at striking distance from an entrance/exit. This provides easy access from Arnhem and the central part of the Netherlands into Germany. On top of the excellent cross-border connection, both the northern and southern parts of the country are easily accessible as well. The location is an emerging logistic hot spot and is located close to other (emerging) hot spots such as Zevenaar and ‘s-Heerenberg.

Besides great connectivity within the Netherlands, the location is very strategic for both inbound and outbound goods flows. Goods can easily be transported from key main ports such as the Port of Rotterdam into the Benelux, Germany and the rest of Europe, as the location is situated on the key logistics corridors running from west to east in the Netherlands. Besides great connectivity, Duiven benefits from a populous region, with the city of Arnhem providing access to a labor force with roughly 150,000 inhabitants.
