ZWA01 is located in a unique and highly strategic position, ideally situated to serve the Amsterdam metropolitan area. The development is particularly well suited for urban distribution and e-commerce fulfilment, enabling fast and efficient deliveries throughout Amsterdam and its surrounding region.

The project is situated on a site of approximately 5.8 hectares and comprises a building area of approximately 28,900 sqm.

Zwanenburg is renowned for its central location, providing access to more than 2.1 million people within a 20-kilometre radius. Intospace has developed this unique logistics hub on the former Ahrend site, located on the border between Zwanenburg and Amsterdam. The distribution centre comprises a total floor area of approximately 33,058 sqm, with a footprint of approximately 2.9 hectares, including:

• Warehouse: approx. 28,915 sqm
• Mezzanine: approx. 3,503 sqm
• Office: approx. 1,403 sqm

The warehouse offers a clear internal height of 12.2 metres, while the mezzanine level provides a clear height of 4.5 metres.
