Construction starts TLB11 at Kraaiven business park in Tilburg!

Tilburg, May 4, 2026 – Construction of project TLB11 at Kraaiven business park in Tilburg has officially begun. With this development, Intospace, together with its partners, is delivering a future-proof logistics complex of approximately 11,400 m², consisting of two high-quality warehouse units of around 4,250 m² each, complemented by mezzanine and office space. Both units can be connected and operated as a single complex. The site is set in an attractive environment, overlooking the canal.

The location on Ledeboerstraat offers direct access to key logistics corridors towards the A16, A27, A2 and A67, making it a strong base for both national and international operations. In addition, the project is centrally located in relation to the centre of Tilburg, making it suitable for a wide range of logistics and business activities. Its position on Ledeboerstraat underlines the quality of the development: an accessible and representative location that aligns perfectly with the dynamics of modern logistics and business use.

TLB11 is being developed in accordance with BREEAM Excellent standards and includes energy-efficient installations, a roof prepared for solar panels, and a strong focus on a healthy working environment. Completion of the project is scheduled for Q1 2027.
