Elaine Kieboom nominated for Young Talent Award 2026

Vastgoedmarkt, April 2026 – Our colleague Elaine Kieboom (Development Manager at intospace®) was nominated this year for the Vastgoedmarkt Young Talent Award 2026. As part of her nomination, she wrote a sharp and highly relevant blog on one of today’s biggest challenges: grid congestion.

In her blog “Stuck in the energy traffic jam: why the electricity grid is not the real problem”, Elaine argues that the issue is not a shortage of energy, but a system that no longer aligns with how we generate and use energy today. She advocates for greater collaboration, the development of energy hubs, and smarter organisation of energy on business parks.

Although Elaine did not reach the final, we are incredibly proud of her nomination and her contribution to the conversation about the future of energy in real estate development.
