‘Logistics really can be done very differently.’

Juni 2026 – “We need to stop simply building ‘boxes’ and start creating societal value,” says our CEO, Tim Beckmann, in an in-depth interview with Vastgoedverhalen. At Intospace, we are breaking away from the sector’s outdated stigma through our ‘new school’ real estate concept, where a passion for logistics operations goes hand in hand with quality and seamless spatial integration.

As the first real estate developer in the Netherlands with a B Corp certification, we look beyond profit alone. Our articles of association state that our developments must not only benefit shareholders, but also have a positive impact on their surroundings, if a location only creates nuisance for the neighbourhood, we simply won’t build there.

Our focus is on the adaptability of buildings, ensuring they remain relevant for future generations. We combine this with an ambitious sustainability approach, aiming for energy-neutral buildings with a BREEAM Excellent or Outstanding rating. With projects such as Zoetermeer, where logistics is combined with living and recreation, we demonstrate that there is ample room for innovation, provided the vision is supported by a strong story and proven results.

We don’t build vacancies; we create demand-driven, tailor-made solutions that genuinely strengthen both the economy and society.
