New standard for urban development in Zoetermeer

Zoetermeer, April 2026 – For our location at Oostweg 2 in Zoetermeer (former Miss Etam site), we have entered into a letter of intent with the Municipality of Zoetermeer for an area development of approximately 4.5 hectares.

At this strategic location—where the city, infrastructure and economic activity converge, we are exploring an innovative concept in which residential, logistics and leisure functions are intelligently combined and reinforce one another.
Our ambition is to create a benchmark for how mixed-use development can contribute to livable, efficient and future-proof cities. With this approach, Intospace is at the forefront of rethinking urban space: not separated, but integrated, forward-looking and balanced with its surroundings.

In the coming period, we will work closely with the Municipality and experts on an optimized design. Together, we will lay the foundation for the plan and actively engage the local community in the next steps.
