ECH01 | De Loop, Echt

ECH01 is located at Business Park De Loop in Echt, situated between Maastricht and Roermond in the south-eastern part of the Netherlands. This strategic location benefits from close proximity to both the Belgian and German borders.

The total site covers approximately 19.7 hectares and offers ample space for large-scale logistics operations. Within this site, approximately 76,914 sqm has been developed, creating a substantial footprint dedicated to high-quality warehousing and distribution activities.

De Loop is strategically located near both the A73 and A2 motorways and close to a major motorway interchange. This provides excellent access to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. The German Ruhr region and the Port of Antwerp can be reached within a relatively short driving distance. In addition to its strong cross-border connectivity, the location offers efficient access to both the northern and southern regions of the Netherlands. The inland shipping and rail terminal of Born is located less than 15 minutes away, while Maastricht Aachen Airport provides nearby air cargo facilities. As a result, Echt is emerging as an important logistics hotspot, further strengthened by its proximity to established logistics hubs such as Venlo, Maastricht and Roermond.

The location also benefits from access to a large labour market. Situated within the densely populated regions of Central and South Limburg, and with access to workforce availability from both Belgium and Germany through the Euregio region, ECH01 has access to a labour pool serving approximately 4 million inhabitants.
