BREEAM Excellent completion certificate MST02

Maastricht, April 2026 – Intospace has received the BREEAM Excellent new-build completion certificate for project MST02, achieving a score of 76.03%. A tangible result that demonstrates sustainability at Intospace is not just an ambition on paper, but a measurable reality.

The high-quality logistics facility has been developed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and long-term durability. The structure incorporates XCarb steel supplied by Circulairstaal®, CradleCore® sandwich panels from FALK® with a guaranteed end-of-life take-back scheme, and an extensive solar rooftop as a key component of its sustainable energy system.

Within just 10 months of completion, MST02 was officially awarded the BREEAM Excellent label.

This achievement is the result of close collaboration between intospace®, Aannemingsbedrijf Wouters Schijndel, Adamasgroep, Circulairstaal®, FALK®, and all other involved advisors and partners. It illustrates what can be accomplished when expertise, ambition, and collaboration come together.
